An international private bank has initiated a strategic modernization of its digital channels to enhance the experience for clients, independent wealth managers, and relationship managers. The goal is to implement omni-channel capabilities across web and mobile while ensuring a consistent user experience and accessibility. Zühlke is responsible for the design and modernization of the bank’s operating software, providing strategic support.
